The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is the administrative body responsible for overseeing the implementation of decisions issued by the Board of Directors, reviewing periodic reports, evaluating work performance at the Center, as well as ensuring plans implementation, and following up and receiving project reports. The committee is also responsible for strategies, policies and recommendations to the Board of Directors.

The Executive Committee was established by a decision of the Board of Directors with the membership of:

The Audit Committee

The Audit Committee studies the Center’s preliminary and annual financial statements before presenting them to the Board of Directors. The committee is responsible for ensuring accuracy and validity of these reports; aiming at raising integrity, fairness and transparency within the Center’s scope of work. It also checks accounting estimates, systems of internal and financial control and risks, and reviews the work of internal auditors.

The Remuneration Committee

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is responsible for all matters related to granting executive rewards, including the mechanisms and policies regarding annual compensation and remuneration to members of the Board of Directors, and executives at the Center. The committee also issues decisions regarding the approval of any amendments or changes that may occur to the system of incentives and benefits. It also reviews the strategy related to human resources management.
