His Excellency obtained a PhD from the Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University department of Shariah Policy, the High Judicial Institute. He served in many positions including: Judge at the Board of Grievances, Advisor to the Royal Court of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, then he was appointed by a royal decree as Minister of Justice and as a Member of the Council for Economic Affairs and Development.

His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Al Ahaideb
His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Ali Al Ahaideb is the Secretary-General of the Administrative Judicial Council in addition to his work as an appellate court justice in the Board of Grievances.
His Eminence Dr. Al Ahaideb has extensive experience in judicial systems and procedures, starting from his residency at the Higher Judicial Institute and his work in the administrative courts of Al-Madinah and Riyadh regions, and his subsequent experiences in classifying judgments and overseeing their publishing, studying and drafting regulations, and preparing studies and research in the Technical Affairs Office of the Board of Grievances, which he headed before commencing his assignment in the Administrative Court of Appeal in the Eastern Region.
His responsibilities in the Board of Grievances also included the presidency and membership of a number of committees and work groups including the committee for interviewing candidates to the judiciary in the Board of Grievances and his representation of the Board of Grievances in the Preliminary Committee for the Preparation of Specialized Judicial regulations and the government team concerned with overseeing the implementation of the United Nations agreement against Corruption, and his membership in the Permanent Committee Judicial arrangements of The Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers.
Sheikh Ali Al- Ahaideb has obtained a bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and a master’s degree in Sharia policy and a PhD in regulations from the Higher Judicial Institute at Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University.

Mr. Al Jammaz holds a bachelor’s degree from Al-Imam Muhammed Ibn Saud Islamic University, and two master’s degree on the judicial and enforcement mandate of consumer protection agencies from the Higher Judicial Institute of the same university in 2012, and on anti-crimes awarded by the Institute of Public Administration in 2006.
He previously served as a legal researcher at the Ministry of Interior the Board of Grievances, a legal counselor at the Saudi Football Federation and member of the Appeals Committee at the Saudi Football Professional League. He then moved to the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon) and then then was assigned the head of legal affairs at Saudi Consumer Protection Association. He obtained a Master’s degree of law from the University of Iowa - the United States in 2013. He also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in regulations from King Saud University in 2008. Between 2014 and 2018, he served as legal researcher in the Banking Disputes Settlement Committee then worked as Secretary-General in Committees for Banking and Financial Disputes and Violations in addition to the Credit Information Committee between 2014-2018. He is currently Director General of Legal Affairs at Saudi Central Bank 2018. He is also a member of a number of committees in the Saudi Central Bank 2018, Ministry of Justice, the Financial Academy in the Capital Market Authority in addition to being a represent in a number of working groups affiliated to the Financial Stability Board

Al-Mogheerah is the Secretary-General of the Bankruptcy Commission, he has extensive practical experience in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, portfolio and projects management, communication planning, and digital transformation. His experience altogether runs over 18 years in both public and private sectors, in various fields, most importantly: alternative dispute resolution services, e-government services, e-learning solutions, security printing solutions, telecommunication, and business process engineering
Al-Mogheerah previously served in many roles such as a Privatization Consultant for the National Agriculture Services Company, Deputy CEO of Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, LMS Services Manager at Elm, and Projects Initiation Manager at International Systems Engineering which is owned by BAE systems.
Al-Mogheerah took part in many committees at the Bureau of Experts to draft rules for Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration and localize the institutional arbitration industry in Saudi Arabia, as well as develop relevant strategic plans, targets, and indicators.
Al-Mogheerah holds a bachelors degree in Information Systems from King Saud University.

He obtained a PhD in Financial Accounting from Cardiff - Britain in 2000. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Accounting from Colorado University in 1995. He is also a Certified Public Accountant CPA since 1995. Between 2006 and 2011, he worked as Head of the Accounting Department at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. Currently, he has been Assistant Secretary General of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants since 2011. He is also a member of a number of committees in the Ministry of Finance, and the authority General of Zakat and Tax.

In 1981, he obtained a Master’s degree in scientific accounting from the University of Hartford and the Fellowship of American Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in 1980. In the period between 1981 and 1985, he worked as a lecturer at the King Saud University, Department of Accounting. He also worked as a chartered accountant and partner in Alsuwailem and Alonaizan Company between 1986 and 2019. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants, in addition to his work on a number of issues and the liquidation of estates, companies and real estate.

Mr. Nasser Alsubeaei earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from King Saud University in 1979, and has accumulated four decades of experience in finance, banking, investment and real estate development. In addition of being the chairman of Bank Albilad and Thakher Investment and Real Estate Development Company, he is also a member of the Banks Presidents Committee, and a board member of Akwaan Real Estate Company, Masic Company, The General Authority for Awqaf, the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, Alargan Projects Company, and King Salman Charity Housing Association. In addition, Mr. Alsubeaei is the head of the investment committees at Saudi Red Crescent Authority and King Salman Center for Disability Research, he is also a member of the investment committees of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and the Higher Education Fund.
