The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 75 real estate auctions across various regions of Saudi Arabia from 15 to 31 July 2026, featuring 846 diverse real estate assets.

Makkah Region will host the largest number of auctions, with 19 auctions offering 205 real estate assets. Riyadh Region ranks second with 15 auctions comprising 142 real estate assets, followed by the Eastern Region with 8 auctions offering 71 real estate assets. Aseer Region and Qassim Region will each host 6 auctions, comprising 96 and 77 real estate assets, respectively.

Additional auctions will be held across the remaining regions of the Kingdom, including 4 auctions in Tabuk Region; 3 auctions each in Madinah Region, Hail Region, Jazan Region, Najran Region, and the Northern Borders Region; and 2 auctions in Al Jouf Region.
