Who are we?
The Center for Support and Liquidation “Infath” is a governmental entity with legal personality that aims to foster cooperation between judicial and governmental bodies in the tasks of liquidation and the sale of assets entrusted to it by judicial authorities, or assets with no pending legal disputes. This is achieved by assigning the tasks to specialized technical entities and supervising their work, thereby contributing to the preservation of asset value, expediting the settlement of rights, and realizing the judicial and economic value that the Center is mandated to achieve.
Tenders and Procurement
Infath utilizes an integrated electronic platform aligned with the Ministry of Finance’s digital services. This platform serves both public and private entities, enabling the full automation of financial operations such as contract management, budgeting, payments, tenders, and procurement.
It facilitates the announcement of tenders, electronic submission and evaluation of bids, and the awarding process — all in accordance with national procurement regulations.
Private sector entities can also use the platform to view tenders, receive invitations, purchase tender documents, and submit bids online.
