Contributing to Vision 2030

The Center’s activities are aligned with the National Transformation Program in the following dimensions among the program’s seven dimensions:

First Dimension: Achieving Excellence in Government Performance

This dimension aims to enhance government services and meet beneficiaries’ needs by increasing the efficiency of infrastructure and operations. It also focuses on developing the legislative environment, governing the legislative framework and enhancing its quality, and developing innovative solutions that support national transformation. In addition, it seeks to promote the values of justice and transparency by developing, simplifying, and streamlining procedures, facilitating beneficiaries’ access to them, and increasing their level of satisfaction.

Indicator: Beneficiary satisfaction rate with justice services.

Fifth Dimension: Digital Transformation

This dimension aims to create an enabling environment for digital transformation and ensure its sustainability through the development of regulations, systems, and legislative enablers. It also focuses on developing e-government, growing the digital economy, and improving the quality of government services provided.

Indicator: Government Digital Transformation Measurement.

Enhancing the quality of services provided and improving operational efficiency, thereby contributing to an improved beneficiary experience and increased satisfaction with justice services.

Contribution to Achieving the Objective: Accelerating the recovery of rights to achieve fair value for beneficiaries.
