The service enables liquidators to register and provide the services required by the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) for the liquidation of assets in a professional and objective manner.

The applicant must be a legal company registered in accordance with the Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/132) dated 01/12/1443H, and must have an official place of business, a National Address, and a company bank account certificate (IBAN) issued by a bank.
The company owner or one of the partners must hold a license to practice one of the following professions for a minimum period of three years: Legal Practice, Accounting, or Property Management.
The number of employees in the establishment must not be less than five Saudi nationals.
The company must have a Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.
No previous decision must have been issued against the company owner or any of the partners suspending them from practicing any of the professions specified in item (2).
The company owner or all partners must have full legal capacity, good conduct and behavior, and must not have been convicted of any crime involving dishonor or breach of trust, unless they have been rehabilitated.
Submission of an undertaking in which the Service Provider commits to contracting with companies licensed by the competent authorities to provide supporting services for liquidation activities that fall outside the scope of the profession licensed to the Service Provider, or upon the Center’s request.
