Asset Liquidation
The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) serves as a link between the public and private sectors, with the aim of completing liquidation processes efficiently and promptly while adhering to standards of privacy and transparency. Liquidation processes cover a variety of assets, including real estate, vehicles, movable assets, and others. The service benefits judicial entities, government entities, the private sector, and individuals.
Liquidation stages
Request Creation
The judicial entity or the private sector submits a liquidation request to the Center through electronic services or integration channels.
Receiving and Studying
The request is reviewed, studied, and evaluated, and the scope of work is then developed for the assignment of service providers.
Assignment of Service Providers
The Center appoints approved service providers (Valuer, Judicial Sale Agent, and Liquidator) according to the project category and the service provider’s expertise, based on the business model developed by the Center.
Collection and Transfer
After the auction is conducted and the assets are sold, the distribution of the liquidation proceeds begins, and the proceeds are transferred to the referring entities.
Transfer of Ownership
The Center oversees the procedures for transferring ownership of movable assets and transferring real estate ownership, as well as any required coordination with external entities.
