The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath)
The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is a leading government entity that aims to enhance collaboration among judicial and government entities and the private sector in carrying out entrusted liquidation and sale tasks by assigning them to technically specialized entities and overseeing their execution, thereby contributing to expediting the fulfillment of rights. Infath was established as one of the initiatives of the National Transformation Program under Saudi Vision 2030, and its headquarters is located in Riyadh.
Establishment of the Entrustment and Liquidation Center
The Center was established pursuant to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 415 dated 19/7/1440 AH. It enjoys financial independence and is organizationally affiliated with the Minister of Justice. Its establishment came in line with the development of the Kingdom’s judicial and economic systems and to strengthen its role as a reference entity in entrustment and liquidation through innovative solutions, the utilization of technology, and the development of effective integrated partnerships.
Replacement of the Real Estate Contributions Committee by the Entrustment and Liquidation Center
The Center replaced the Real Estate Contributions Committee pursuant to Council of Ministers Resolution No. 583 dated 18/7/1445 AH, with the aim of enhancing and expediting the liquidation of real estate contributions through the unification of liquidation and sale procedures across the Kingdom and strengthening integration among judicial and government entities and the private sector.
