The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is a government entity with legal personality that seeks to enhance cooperation between judicial and government entities in carrying out the liquidation and sale of assets assigned to it by judicial authorities, or assets that are not subject to any pending judicial dispute, through assigning such assets to technically specialized entities and supervising their work.
The initiative to establish the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) was launched to keep pace with the development of the judicial and economic systems and to become the primary center of expertise specializing in all matters related to liquidation and sale activities. The Center also contributes to stimulating the local economy by entrusting activities related to liquidation and sale to the private sector and creating numerous fair and diverse opportunities for entrepreneurs and service providers.
Infath is one of the National Transformation Program 2020 initiatives, which aims to achieve excellence in government performance, enhance the efficiency of the judicial system and its services, improve the beneficiary experience, and develop a governed model for service delivery. This will lead to increased beneficiary satisfaction with services and contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
- Create a new project and submit it through registration on the Infath electronic platform.
- Define the service providers’ scope of work according to the classification approved by the Center, in addition to developing the terms and conditions documents.
- Launch the tender for service providers registered and approved on the Infath platform.
- Award the project and enable service providers according to the scope of work defined by the Center.
- Supervise workflow progress and ensure quality in accordance with the Center’s regulatory standards.
- Liquidation, collection, and delivery of rights to beneficiaries.
- Evaluation and project closure by the Center.
The Center contributes to empowering the private sector by engaging specialized companies, institutions, and firms in the fields of accounting, legal services, marketing, and other areas to carry out the tasks required for liquidation and sale activities. It also issues guidelines and business rules that ensure the integrity and quality of procedures and promote justice and transparency.
The Center contributes to preserving the value of assets and expediting the process of rights recovery.
Judicial liquidation is a service provided by the Center to judicial authorities through supervising the sale and liquidation activities assigned to it by courts and enforcement circuits. Judicial liquidation may also take place outside the enforcement courts.
Yes. The fee shall not exceed (5%) of the total proceeds of the liquidation or sale activities assigned to the Center by judicial and government entities, inclusive of all fees required for the liquidation or sale process.
The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) has replaced the Real Estate Contributions Committee pursuant to a Council of Ministers resolution. The replacement aims to enhance and expedite real estate liquidation processes by unifying liquidation and sale procedures in the Kingdom and strengthening cooperation among judicial and government entities and the private sector in liquidation and asset sale activities through assigning them to technically specialized entities and supervising their work.
No. The role of the Center’s employees is to assign tasks to service providers, supervise the liquidation procedures, and provide advisory and technical services in this regard.
The Electronic Services Platform is a digital platform through which the liquidation and sale activities referred to the Center by the assigning entities are received, managed, and executed by assigning them through the platform to service providers. The platform also provides services to beneficiaries, such as tracking liquidation requests and submitting comments, inquiries, and complaints.
No. To date, there is no agreement between the Center and the commercial courts.

No. The organizational structure is an optional requirement and may be omitted if the establishment is small and does not have an organizational structure.
Yes. You may currently attach the establishment’s financial statements without having them audited and approved by a certified public accountant. However, upon completing the registration process, the service provider must confirm the accuracy of all submitted information and attach an undertaking to that effect signed by the owner of the establishment.
No. Registration is limited to commercial establishments licensed by the Ministry of Commerce and holding a commercial registration.
It is the unified national identifier for establishments issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
It can be found in the commercial registration or on the establishment’s account within the Ministry’s portal.
No. A SIMAH certificate is not mandatory.
- By obtaining an establishment number (100/700) from the Ministry of Human Resources via a professional license.
- Or by using the owner’s national ID through the SIMAH portal.
A Service Provider License issued by the Ministry of Justice.
Listing the projects that the establishment has completed or is currently undertaking, depending on the type of registered service provider. Such projects must fall within the scope of liquidation activities.
Qualification certificates are certificates obtained by the establishment from government entities or the private sector to demonstrate the knowledge and skills required for liquidation and sale activities. They are an optional requirement, and attaching them is preferred.
Completion certificates are certificates obtained by the establishment from government entities or the private sector to demonstrate that the establishment has executed and completed a project. If such certificates are not available, they may be substituted with any supporting documents available to the establishment, according to the options provided on the registration page, such as qualification certificates or adding previous experience.
The username is the establishment number.
The registration of your affiliated offices is carried out in two stages:
First, register under a primary activity and select one office.
Second, after the Center reviews the request and notifies you of its approval, the system will allow you to add activities for the other offices and manage them under a single account.
Please ensure that the license number is entered correctly, from left to right, and without the ( \ ) symbol that usually appears within the license number.

Audit engagements are considered among the projects required from accounting firms in liquidation activities. Therefore, accounting audit engagements may be listed as previous projects and experience.
