The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is participating in the Second International Conference on Justice 2025 under the theme “Judicial Quality,” organized by the Ministry of Justice on 23–24 November at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh. The conference brings together a distinguished group of experts and specialists in judicial and legal affairs from around the world.

The conference aims to discuss key themes related to judicial quality, as well as approaches to its enhancement and evaluation. It also addresses the role of the legislative framework and judicial procedures in strengthening judicial quality to support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

In this context, Infath’s participation highlights its role in promoting judicial quality in relation to sale and liquidation activities and the procedures that contribute to transparency and the timely fulfillment of rights. The Center’s pavilion showcases key performance figures and their impact on enhancing the quality of services across the justice system, including the execution of more than 4,500 public auctions and the supervision of the sale of more than 27,000 assets, with the total value of rights recovered exceeding SAR 45 billion.

These indicators and statistical data reflect the positive social and economic impact of entrustment and liquidation activities, including preserving asset value, achieving fair value for beneficiaries, strengthening trust and transparency, improving the quality of services provided, and encouraging greater private sector participation to support the Kingdom’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

The conference features a wide range of interactive activities and events, with more than 35 speakers, participation from 40 countries, and over 4,000 local and international participants. It aims to promote the exchange of expertise in judicial quality through building partnerships, enhancing workforce capabilities, and discussing the challenges facing the justice sector in the field of judicial quality and the means to address them.
