The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) organized a workshop in Riyadh yesterday in cooperation with the Board of Grievances, titled “Enhancing the Efficiency of the Entrustment Mechanism and Improving the Stages of Liquidation.” The workshop was attended by more than 30 judges and a number of officials from various departments, as part of the Center’s efforts to strengthen cooperation and enhance partnerships with various entities.
The workshop aimed to discuss improvements to the stages of liquidation, from the entrustment stage through the completion of the sale and transfer of ownership. It also highlighted the key challenges associated with liquidation activities and explored ways to address them, contributing to the development and acceleration of procedures and the enhancement of service quality.
The workshop witnessed strong attendance and constructive engagement across its various sessions, contributing to the effective delivery of key messages and the achievement of the shared objectives of both entities. The sessions covered the liquidation stage, the entrustment mechanism, the marketing stage and the conduct of auctions, as well as the post-liquidation stage.
The workshop reflects Infath’s ongoing efforts to strengthen effective partnerships with various entities, contributing to the achievement of its strategic objectives and supporting the aspirations of the justice ecosystem.
