Real Estate Contributions Committee (Archive)

The Real Estate Contributions Committee is a former government agency established to address distressed real estate contributions in the Kingdom and preserve shareholders' rights through liquidation or settlement. The committee was responsible for inventorying contributions and taking legal action in cooperation with relevant authorities to expedite resolutions. Upon completion of its primary mandate, its activities were archived and merged with the Support and Liquidation Center (Infath).
