The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 75 public auctions, including both physical and electronic auctions, for the liquidation and sale of 886 diverse properties across a number of cities and regions of the Kingdom during the period from 15 to 30 November 2025.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions, with 21 auctions for the sale of 192 properties, followed by Makkah Region with 16 auctions for the sale of 263 properties, Al Qassim Region with 6 auctions for the sale of 125 properties, the Eastern Region with 11 auctions for the sale of 91 properties, and Al Madinah Region with 5 auctions for the sale of 39 properties.

Auctions will also be held in Asir Region, with 4 auctions for the sale of 56 properties; Hail Region, with 3 auctions for the sale of 37 properties; and Jazan Region, with 3 auctions for the sale of 36 properties. In addition, one auction will be held in each of Tabuk Region for the sale of 4 properties, Najran Region for the sale of 8 properties, Al Jouf Region for the sale of 6 properties, and the Northern Borders Region for the sale of 17 properties. Al Baha Region will host 2 auctions for the sale of 12 properties.
