Gulf Jewel Auction

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced the organization of 26 public auctions, both in-person and electronic, for the liquidation and sale of 324 residential and commercial properties, in addition to a group of vehicles, across 12 regions of the Kingdom, during the period from August 1 to August 10, 2024.

The Center explained that the auctions will be held in various regions of the Kingdom, where 7 auctions will be conducted in the Riyadh Region, offering 56 real estate opportunities; 3 auctions in the Makkah Region, offering 56 real estate opportunities; one auction in the Madinah Region, offering 23 properties; one auction offering 18 real estate opportunities in the Qassim Region; one auction in the Al-Jouf Region, offering 10 real estate opportunities; one auction in the Northern Borders Region, offering 8 real estate opportunities; one auction in the Tabuk Region, offering 13 properties; 4 auctions in the Asir Region, offering 69 properties; 3 auctions in the Eastern Region, offering 18 properties; 4 properties in an auction in Jazan; one auction in the Najran Region, offering 3 properties; one auction in the Hail Region, offering 21 properties; and finally, in the Qassim Region, an auction for movable assets, offering 25 types of vehicles of various models.
