The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) Achieves Sales Exceeding 10.7 Billion During the First Half of 2026

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced its successful achievement of sales exceeding SAR 10.7 billion during the first half of 2026.

During this period, 3,089 real estate and movable assets were sold and liquidated, and 814 in-person and electronic auctions were held across various regions of the Kingdom. These efforts reflect the Center’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency of sales and liquidation activities and accelerating the recovery of rights.

The Center affirmed its continued efforts to provide an integrated experience in sales and liquidation activities by developing innovative solutions, leveraging technology and expertise, building effective partnerships, and empowering the private sector.

It is worth noting that the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is an independent government center specializing in overseeing the sale and liquidation of fixed and movable assets entrusted to it by judicial and government entities, the private sector, and individuals. This is carried out by assigning the assets to technically specialized entities and overseeing their activities, thereby contributing to accelerating the recovery of rights and enhancing beneficiary satisfaction.
