The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that 95 real estate auctions will be held across various regions of the Kingdom from September 1 to 15, 2026, featuring 1,370 diverse real estate assets.

Riyadh Region topped the list with 25 auctions featuring 252 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 21 auctions featuring 341 real estate assets. The Eastern Region came next with 10 auctions featuring 150 real estate assets, followed by Al Qassim Region with 9 auctions featuring 161 real estate assets, and Aseer Region with 7 auctions featuring 105 real estate assets.

Five auctions will also be held in each of Al Madinah Region and Hail Region, three auctions in each of Tabuk Region and Jazan Region, and two auctions in each of Al Jouf Region, Najran Region, and Al Baha Region, in addition to one auction in the Northern Borders Region.
