The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is participating in the third edition of Cityscape Global, taking place in Riyadh from 17 to 20 November, alongside numerous government entities, developers, and investors from within the Kingdom and abroad, with the aim of exploring opportunities and promoting investment in sustainable cities that are aligned with the future.

Infath’s pavilion offers an integrated interactive experience, enabling visitors to learn about the Center’s responsibilities, vision, and efforts in overseeing entrustment and liquidation operations and ensuring the proper governance of their procedures. The pavilion presents a comprehensive overview of the liquidation journey, beginning with the review of each case and determining the regulatory readiness of assets for sale, through to the completion of the procedures required for the transfer of ownership and the fulfillment of rights.

The pavilion also features an informational area introducing visitors to the roles of the Center’s service providers and the registration process with Infath, contributing to the growth of the private sector and enhancing its contribution to the Kingdom’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). In addition, it showcases distinctive assets scheduled for sale through the auctions supervised by Infath during the exhibition and includes an interactive area where visitors can explore the Contributions page service, enabling beneficiaries to easily search for a specific contribution and view its status and details.
