The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is overseeing 82 real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 30 April 2026 for the sale of 893 real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions and properties offered, with 29 auctions for the sale of 259 properties, followed by Makkah Region with 15 auctions for the sale of 176 properties, and the Eastern Region with 11 auctions for the sale of 112 properties.

Al Madinah Region hosted 6 auctions for the sale of 86 properties, while Al Qassim Region held 5 auctions for the sale of 67 properties. Tabuk Region hosted 4 auctions for the sale of 24 properties, while Hail Region and Jazan Region each hosted 3 auctions for the sale of 36 and 42 properties, respectively.

The auctions also included 2 auctions in Asir Region for the sale of 39 properties and 2 auctions in Al Jouf Region for the sale of 36 properties. In addition, one auction was held in each of the Northern Borders Region for the sale of 10 properties and Al Baha Region for the sale of 6 properties.
