Economy | Infath Concludes Its Participation in Cityscape Global 2025

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) concluded its participation in Cityscape Global 2025, held in Riyadh from 17 to 20 November 2025, where it showcased its role in overseeing entrustment and liquidation operations and highlighted the impact of its work on the real estate sector.

Infath’s pavilion offered an interactive experience introducing visitors to the Center’s responsibilities, services, and achievements. It also presented the liquidation journey, illustrating the operational procedures and workflows that ensure the timely fulfillment of rights and enhance service efficiency. In addition, the Center dedicated a section to highlighting the roles of its service providers (valuer, agent of sale, and liquidator) and the registration process through the Infath electronic platform, while also showcasing distinctive auctions that represent investment opportunities within a transparent real estate market.

During its participation, the Center presented key figures and achievements, including the execution of more than 4,500 public auctions and the supervision of the sale of more than 27,000 assets, with the total value of rights recovered exceeding SAR 45 billion.

Through its participation in the exhibition, the Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) reaffirmed its role in achieving balance in the real estate market by introducing new real estate assets for sale and encouraging and attracting high-quality real estate investments and opportunities, thereby supporting the growth of the real estate sector and enhancing the private sector’s contribution to the Kingdom’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
