The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) will oversee 48 real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 28 February 2026 for the sale of 663 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region topped the list with 12 auctions for the sale of 175 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 11 auctions for the sale of 190 real estate assets, and the Eastern Region with 6 auctions for the sale of 50 real estate assets.

Al Qassim Region will host 5 auctions for the sale of 111 real estate assets, while Hail Region will host 3 auctions for the sale of 40 real estate assets, and Asir Region will host 5 auctions for the sale of 17 real estate assets. In addition, a number of electronic real estate auctions will be held in Al Madinah Region, Tabuk Region, Al Jouf Region, Najran Region, the Northern Borders Region, and Jazan Region.
