The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is overseeing 60 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 March 2026 for the sale of 631 real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region leads the list with 21 auctions for the sale of 182 properties, followed by Makkah Region with 7 auctions for the sale of 95 properties, Al Madinah Region with 5 auctions for the sale of 89 properties, and the Eastern Region with 8 auctions for the sale of 64 properties. Asir Region hosts 4 auctions for the sale of 65 properties, while Al Qassim Region hosts 4 auctions for the sale of 43 properties.

In the remaining regions, 2 auctions are being held in each of Al Baha Region for the sale of 17 properties, Tabuk Region for the sale of 15 properties, Jazan Region for the sale of 14 properties, and Hail Region for the sale of 12 properties. In addition, one auction is being held in each of Najran Region for the sale of 12 properties, Al Jouf Region for the sale of 13 properties, and the Northern Borders Region for the sale of 10 properties.
