The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Infaz) is a government center with a legal status. It seeks to achieve cooperation between judicial and governmental authorities in the liquidation and sale tasks of assets assigned to it by judicial authorities, or those regarding which there is no pending legal dispute. This is done by assigning them to technically specialized entities and supervising their work. This contributes to preserving the value of assets, accelerating the process of fulfilling rights, and achieving the judicial and economic value that the center undertakes.
