The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 46 real estate auctions across various regions of the Kingdom during the period from 1 to 15 August 2026, featuring the sale of 541 diverse real estate assets.

Riyadh Region topped the list with 10 auctions offering 81 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 8 auctions featuring 140 real estate assets. The Eastern Region ranked next with 8 auctions offering 92 real estate assets, followed by Al Madinah Region with 4 auctions featuring 23 real estate assets.

In the remaining regions, auctions will also be held, including 3 auctions each in Al Qassim Region and Jazan Region, 2 auctions each in Tabuk Region, Hail Region, Aseer Region, and Al Baha Region, as well as 1 auction each in Al Jouf Region and Najran Region.
