The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that 95 real estate auctions will be held across various regions of the Kingdom from August 15 to 31, 2026, featuring 1,043 diverse real estate assets.

Riyadh topped the regions in terms of the number of auctions, with 31 auctions featuring 299 real estate assets, followed by Makkah with 23 auctions featuring 277 real estate assets. The Eastern Region came next with 9 auctions featuring 86 real estate assets, followed by Qassim with 8 auctions featuring 120 real estate assets, and ASEER with 5 auctions featuring 55 real estate assets.

Three auctions will also be held in each of Madinah, Tabuk, and Hail, while two auctions will be held in each of Al-Jouf, Jazan, Najran, Northern Borders, and Al-Baha.
