The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 101 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 June 2026 for the sale of 1,131 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions, with 31 auctions for the sale of 326 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 25 auctions for the sale of 297 real estate assets. The Eastern Region will host 12 auctions for the sale of 139 real estate assets, while Al Qassim Region will host 6 auctions for the sale of 108 real estate assets.

Asir Region will also host 6 auctions for the sale of 69 real estate assets, while Jazan Region will host 6 auctions for the sale of 53 real estate assets. In addition, Al Madinah Region will host 2 auctions for the sale of 39 real estate assets, Tabuk Region will host 4 auctions for the sale of 32 real estate assets, and Al Jouf Region and Hail Region will each host 2 auctions for the sale of 20 and 14 real estate assets, respectively.

In Najran Region, the Center will oversee 1 auction for the sale of 16 real estate assets. In addition, Al Baha Region will host 3 auctions for the sale of 12 real estate assets, while the Northern Borders Region will host 1 auction for the sale of 6 real estate assets.
