The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 77 real estate auctions across various regions of the Kingdom during the period from 15 to 30 June 2026, offering 955 diverse real estate assets.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions, with 20 auctions offering 145 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 16 auctions offering 269 real estate assets, the Eastern Region with 9 auctions offering 110 real estate assets, Asir Region with 7 auctions offering 79 real estate assets, and Al Qassim Region with 6 auctions offering 108 real estate assets.

The remaining regions will also host a number of diverse real estate auctions. Hail Region will host 4 auctions offering 58 real estate assets, while Al Madinah Region, Jazan Region, and the Northern Borders Region will each host 3 auctions offering 41, 53, and 14 real estate assets, respectively. In addition, Al Jouf Region and Najran Region will each host 2 auctions offering 30 and 34 real estate assets, respectively, while Tabuk Region and Al Baha Region will each host one auction offering 13 and 115 real estate assets, respectively.
