The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 103 public auctions, including both physical and electronic auctions, for the liquidation and sale of 614 diverse assets across several cities and regions of the Kingdom during the period from 15 to 30 September 2025.

The Center stated that the auctions cover various regions of the Kingdom and include residential, commercial, and agricultural properties and land, as well as movable assets. A total of 42 auctions will be held in Riyadh to offer 112 assets, 33 auctions in Makkah to offer 268 assets, 4 auctions in Al Madinah to offer 30 assets, 12 auctions in the Eastern Region to offer 16 assets, 7 auctions in Al Qassim to offer 58 assets, 5 auctions in Asir Region to offer 31 assets, 3 auctions in Al Jouf Region to offer 30 assets, and 4 auctions in Tabuk Region to offer 14 assets. In addition, 3 auctions will be held in each of Hail Region to offer 19 assets and Jazan Region to offer 12 assets, 2 auctions will be held in each of Najran Region to offer 11 assets and in Arar to offer 6 assets, and one auction will be held in Al Baha Region to offer 7 assets.
