The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 72 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 December 2025 for the sale of 940 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions, with 22 auctions offering 364 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 11 auctions offering 133 real estate assets, the Eastern Region with 9 auctions offering 97 real estate assets, and Al Qassim Region with 6 auctions for the sale of 112 real estate assets.

Al Madinah Region will host 5 auctions offering 37 real estate assets, while Hail Region will host 4 auctions offering 37 real estate assets. Asir Region and Jazan Region will each host 3 auctions offering 61 and 35 real estate assets, respectively. In addition, Al Jouf Region, Najran Region, Al Baha Region, and the Northern Borders Region will each host 2 auctions offering 11, 12, 10, and 27 real estate assets, respectively, while Tabuk Region will host 1 auction offering 4 real estate assets.
