The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) oversaw 78 real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 31 December 2025 for the liquidation and sale of 1,022 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions, with 21 auctions for the sale of 311 real estate assets, followed by Makkah Region with 18 auctions for the sale of 296 real estate assets, and the Eastern Region with 11 auctions for the sale of 119 real estate assets.

Al Madinah Region will host 4 auctions for the sale of 80 real estate assets, while Asir Region and Jazan Region will each host 4 auctions for the sale of 43 and 33 real estate assets, respectively. In addition, Al Qassim Region, Hail Region, Tabuk Region, and Al Jouf Region will each host 3 auctions for the sale of 49, 27, 14, and 35 real estate assets, respectively.

Al Baha Region will host 2 auctions for the sale of 6 real estate assets, while Najran Region and the Northern Borders Region will each host 1 auction for the sale of 5 and 4 real estate assets, respectively.
