The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) begins 2026 by overseeing 75 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 January for the sale of 949 real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region leads with 23 auctions offering 224 properties, followed by Makkah Region with 12 auctions offering 220 properties, and Al Madinah Region with 5 auctions offering 62 properties.

The Eastern Region will host 7 auctions for the sale of 56 properties, while Al Qassim Region will hold 8 auctions for the sale of 192 properties, and Tabuk Region will host 3 auctions for the sale of 14 properties. In addition, a number of electronic real estate auctions will be held in Hail, Al Jouf, the Northern Borders Region, Asir, Najran, Al Baha, and Jazan Region.
