The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 101 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 June 2026 for the sale of 1,131 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial properties, across various regions of the Kingdom.

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 46 real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 31 May 2026 for the sale of 528 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across a number of regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh Region recorded the highest number of auctions, with 17 auctions for the sale of 103 properties, followed by Makkah Region with 8 auctions for the sale of 149 properties, while the Eastern Region will host 4 auctions for the sale of 59 properties.

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced that it will oversee 86 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 May 2026 for the sale of 1,358 diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties, across a number of regions of the Kingdom.

Al Qassim Region recorded the highest number of properties offered, with 361 properties offered through 11 auctions, followed by Riyadh Region with 25 auctions for the sale of 328 properties, and Makkah Region with 19 auctions for the sale of 300 properties.
