The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) announced the conduct of 103 public auctions, including both physical and electronic auctions, for the liquidation and sale of 614 diverse assets across a number of cities and regions of the Kingdom during the period from 15 to 30 September 2025.

Economic | “Infath” Oversees 48 Real Estate Auctions to Liquidate and Sell 784 Properties

The Entrustment and Liquidation Center (Infath) is overseeing 48 real estate auctions from February 1 to 15, 2026, to sell 784 diverse properties, including residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate, across various regions of the Kingdom.
Riyadh tops the list with 11 auctions offering 162 properties, followed by Makkah with 9 auctions for 159 properties, and Madinah with 3 auctions for 88 properties.
In the Eastern Province, 5 auctions will offer 79 properties, while Qassim will host 4 auctions for 78 properties. Additionally, a number of electronic real estate auctions will be held in Tabuk, Hail, Asir, Al-Jouf, Najran, the Northern Borders, and Jazan regions.
